Upon the launch of Funk Divine's new collection in Spring 2008 a 3-fold brochure was needed to alert boutique shops and buyers of the new designs.
I set up a photo-shoot to capture the line's fantastic jewel-like prints by lighting the model using a strong angle to achieve contrast over the front with deep shadows and depth in the background.
Graphics that had been developed to promote the brand were used in order to tie in with previous prints and designs and type was used according to style-guide specifications in a clean yet playful way.
The brochures were mailed to buyers and stores within California and beyond. They were also distributed at MAGIC Las Vegas, the biannual fashion industry which convened this February 2008.
